QB Never Do's

Did you know that there are some things we should never do in our QuickBooks' files? Yes, there are things we should, literally, never do. Because I see people doing these things in their QuickBooks files, I'm going to start writing about them in the next day or two. Everybody who uses QB should know what these things are. The series will be titled like this:

QB Never Do #1
QB Never Do #2
QB Never Do #3
Etc.

I have no idea how long the list will get, but I already have a few ideas to get it going.

Some of the Never Do's will have a caveat, meaning that you can do it, but there will be other things you need to do after to compensate.
